CIA Season 2 returns to CBS on Monday night with Episode 6, “Legacy,” scheduled for 9:01 p.m. Eastern Time. The hour will air in the show’s regular primetime slot right after FBI, giving viewers a fixed place to find the next chapter of the series.
That timing is why the CIA TV show is drawing searches now: the episode is set for the same broadcast window on CBS, with Audiences in Central able to watch at 8:01 p.m. and Audiences in Pacific at 9:01 p.m. Live viewers can use their local CBS station, while cord-cutters can get the linear feed through Fubo, Hulu + Live TV and YouTube TV. Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers will be able to stream it live through synchronized local affiliate feeds, and Paramount+ Essential users get access starting Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026. Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV are also scheduled to offer the episode for purchase within 24 hours of the broadcast.
The episode sits inside a 22-episode sophomore season built around a covert fusion cell in New York City, where rogue intelligence case officer Colin Glass and disciplined federal special agent Bill Goodman keep trying to work together without ever fully trusting each other. Tom Ellis plays Glass, Nick Gehlfuss plays Goodman, and the two men are written as opposing answers to the same question: how far justice and national defense should reach when the rules stop being clear.
Ellis has described Dick Wolf as “a bit of a ledge, as we say back home,” and said he “knows how to make good TV shows,” a nod to the machine behind a series that has leaned hard into serialized pressure. That pressure is not only procedural. Their delicate truce has already been pushed to the breaking point by personal grief, buried secrets and the unexpected survival of Colin’s former partner, which leaves “Legacy” with more to untangle than a one-night case.
For viewers, the next move is straightforward: CBS has the first run of the episode on Monday, and Paramount+ Essential follows on Tuesday. What remains unresolved is how much longer Colin and Bill can keep the fusion cell intact before the season’s private wounds overtake the job they are supposed to be doing.
