Twitch Tv opens global sponsorship access for Affiliates through new dashboard

Twitch has opened brand sponsorship opportunities to Affiliates worldwide, giving smaller streamers a direct route to paid campaigns through its own tools. The change moves sponsorship access beyond Partners and puts discovery, acceptance and management inside the platform.

The timing matters because Twitch said participation in Creator Sponsorships had already tripled compared with 2025. That surge suggests the company is seeing enough demand to widen access now, not later, and to do it across the global Affiliate base rather than through a few selected campaigns.

Under the new setup, brands can invite eligible Affiliates through the Sponsorship Dashboard, while creators can find campaigns, accept opportunities, complete requirements and manage sponsorships from one central location. Twitch is also pointing creators to a Creator Profile and Sponsorship Highlights, where they can share information about their channel, content and the clips that best fit a brand’s needs.

There is still a gate. Affiliates must accept the terms in the Twitch Sponsorship Portal and complete Creator Sponsorship Certification before they can be eligible for offers. Twitch notifies creators when matching campaigns become available, but it has not explained which Affiliate creators will be surfaced first or how those decisions will be made.

Twitch said demand for affiliate participation was clear in Minecraft Tiny Takeover and More Minecraft, More Challenges, where more than half of the paid streamers were Affiliates. The company is now extending that model by partnering with Wehype to bring additional sponsorship offers into creators’ dashboards, including opportunities in the Third Party Campaigns section.

One of the first of those offers is a campaign from EA for Battlefield. That puts the platform’s new system to work immediately and shows what Twitch appears to be building: a sponsorship pipeline that lets creators discover, qualify for and manage brand deals without leaving Twitch TV. What remains unanswered is whether the earliest invitations will favor creators who already have completed profiles and stronger sponsorship histories, or whether the rollout will reach a broader group from the start.
