Mariya Negoduyet has been turned into Shani in a new photoshoot that recreates a scene from Ea’s Hearts of Stone expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The images place the medic in the Oxenfurt sewers, where Shani is trying to save a Redanian soldier.

The timing makes the cosplay easy to find now. Fans of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt tend to search for Shani whenever new art or recreations surface, and this set gives them a fresh take on one of the expansion’s best-known moments. It also lands in a game universe that still draws attention because its side stories are remembered as sharply as the main quest.

Kira Mitenkova, working under the name KIRA photoarts, photographed the shoot. In the recreation described by IXBT, Negoduyet appeared as Shani while the scene was built around the quest Evil's First Soft Touches, the moment when Geralt meets her in the Oxenfurt sewers during Hearts of Stone.

That setting matters because it is not a clean portrait of a healer at work. Shani is shown in a dangerous sewer space among drowners and corpses, which gives the cosplay its edge and keeps it faithful to the quest’s darker tone. The character is also defined in the source as a brilliant field surgeon with knowledge of alchemy and pharmacy, a detail that fits the rescue scene and explains why the role still attracts recreations instead of fading into background lore.

What is not clear from the release is whether the photos represent the full set or only a selection from the shoot. The recreated moment is specific enough to stand on its own, but the absence of a larger sequence leaves room for more images if the creators decide to publish them later.

For now, the photoshoot lands as a neat fan-made return to one of the most recognizable Shani scenes in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and it does so without needing anything beyond the one moment players already remember.
