Mon Laferte was hit in the face by a cellphone during her Las Vegas concert on November 6, 2026, then stepped away from the stage before coming back to finish the show. The moment briefly stopped the performance at the Pearl Concert Theater of the Palms Casino Resort, but it did not end it.

The interruption came during an appearance on the Femme Fatale Tour, and it is the kind of live-music shock that can turn a packed room in seconds. While Laferte moved to the back of the stage, her dancers and musicians kept going with Amárrame, a detail that showed the show did not fully break even as the singer did.

The impact landed near her left eye, and she later received attention before returning to the concert. In the venue, some attendees booed and asked for the person who threw the phone to be removed. Security then escorted that person out, but Laferte later wrote on Instagram that she was fine and said the woman did not mean to do it, even as she asked fans never to throw anything at the stage again.

That response left the episode with a strange split: anger in the room, restraint from the artist. The throw was enough to interrupt the night and trigger removal, but not enough to keep Laferte offstage. Her next scheduled performance was set for Friday at the SAP Center in San José, California, and after that she was due to continue the tour through North America before later dates in Madrid, París, Bruselas, Estocolmo, Berlín and Londres in January 2027.

Femme Fatale was released in 2025 as Laferte’s ninth studio album by Sony Music Latin, and the tour has carried that material across North America. For now, the central fact is simpler than the noise around it: she was struck, she left briefly, and she came back to sing on.
