Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater, FL, mansion has sold for $5.9 million, closing out a waterfront property that had been on the market for months after he died there at 71 in July 2025. The sale came more than a year after his death and far below the home’s first asking price.

The larger home was one of two adjacent properties Hogan owned at the time of his death, and both were listed after he passed. The smaller dwelling next door sold for $2.8 million, while the bigger house changed hands for less than the original $10.98 million ask that first appeared on Jan. 30.

That gap is easier to understand when the pricing trail is laid out. The listing was cut to $8.99 million, then reduced again in June to $7.9 million and again in September to $6.9 million before the sale. In other words, the final deal came after the market had already pushed the asking price down three times, a sign that the initial valuation did not hold.

Martha Thorn of The Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty held the listing and presented the home as one of Clearwater Beach’s most coveted waterfront estates. She described outdoor living spaces that span 1,500 square feet and a residence finished with teak, marble and natural stone floors, a designer chef’s kitchen, a gas fireplace and a private elevator. The primary suite, she said, includes a private terrace overlooking the gulf, an intimate seating area, an enormous walk-in closet and a spa-inspired bathroom with an enormous soaking tub.

The numbers also show how the property evolved before it was marketed. Hogan bought the larger home for $3.33 million in April 2012, then added the smaller adjacent property four years later for $1.6 million. Together, the two homes made up a private compound on a 6,098-square-foot lot and a little more than 5,000 square feet of living space in the main house.

The larger residence is the primary home, while the smaller adjacent cottage served as a guesthouse and could be used as a coastal retreat. It backs right onto the beach and is separated from the publicly accessible area by a white picket fence. The unresolved point is simple: the sales closed the chapter on both parcels, but it is still unclear whether the same buyer bought each one.
