Starbucks will release a limited-edition Peanuts merchandise collection on Tuesday, Sept. 15, led by a Snoopy Glass Cold Cup that is shaped and painted to look like Snoopy. The 10-item lineup arrives just as fall merchandise season heats up, and the company is limiting the glass cup to two per customer.
The date matters because Starbucks tied the launch to the 60th anniversary of It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, one of the signals that has long marked the start of the season for many customers. The collection will be sold at participating Starbucks locations across the globe, including the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, and it will be available only while supplies last.
Dana Pellicano said the return of Pumpkin Spice Latte and It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown are both enduring signs that fall has arrived. She said the collaboration brings those traditions together in a collection designed to celebrate the joy of the season, and that Starbucks is excited to share it with customers. She added that the Snoopy Glass Cold Cup, with its scarf and beanie-shaped lid, is meant to become a cherished keepsake for Starbucks and Peanuts fans alike.
That enthusiasm is already showing up online. Starbucks’ official Instagram announcement drew many excited comments, a sign that demand could run ahead of supply once the collection reaches stores. The tight cap on the Snoopy cup does not leave much room for collectors, and it is the kind of limit that can turn a seasonal novelty into a fast sellout.
Starbucks has not said whether the collection will appear on Starbucks Shop, leaving the store rollout as the only confirmed channel for now. What is clear is that the next move comes on Sept. 15, when the Peanuts collection lands and customers will find out how quickly the limited stock disappears.
