Brandi Glanville said her daily IV treatment has become so consuming that she starts one infusion at 4 o’clock and keeps it going overnight for 18 hours, leaving her feeling and looking, in her words, like death. In a Sept. 6 video, the 53-year-old also said the regimen has made her so skinny that she cannot eat normally.

That disclosure came as Glanville showed the setup behind the treatment: a nurse comes for four hours in the evening to handle the other IV, while she manages the rest herself. She said one of the medications is Imipenum, and in a caption she described living with a PICC line and hours of IV medication.

The timing matters because Glanville has now posted fresh footage on Sept. 6 and Sept. 7, giving a rare look at how much of her day the treatment takes up. In the follow-up video, she said the only time she leaves her house is to do her podcast, underscoring how little room the regimen leaves for anything else.

Glanville has not said exactly what she is being treated for, even as she has continued to describe long-running problems involving her face. She has said she was diagnosed with a benign tumor on a lymph node in her face, and she has also said she has been battling facial parasites for a long time. In the same set of remarks, she said she is not ready to share that part yet.

That gap is what gives the story its weight. Glanville is showing the burden of the treatment in real time, down to the hours, the setup and the loss of appetite, but she is still holding back the diagnosis itself. What is clear is that the daily routine is now built around IV medication, and the next step she has signaled is not more explanation, but more disclosure of what it has taken to get here.
