Chick-fil-A will roll out a new fall menu nationwide on Aug. 24, 2026, headlined by Chicken & Waffles Sandwiches and two S’mores drinks. The launch gives guests a limited-time lineup that stretches from breakfast through the end of the day.

The Chicken & Waffles Sandwiches come in breakfast and entrée versions, with maple-flavored waffles, a Chick-fil-A filet, three strips of applewood smoked bacon and honey butter spread, served warm with classic syrup. Guests can order Original, Spicy or Grilled filet options, a split that lets the same new item show up on the menu at 10:30 a.m. or before it.

That timing is the point. The breakfast sandwich is built with a smaller chicken filet and waffle and is available during standard breakfast hours from opening until 10:30 a.m., while the entrée version uses a larger chicken filet and waffle and runs from 10:30 a.m. to close. Alongside it, Chick-fil-A is adding the S’mores Milkshake and the S’mores Frosted Coffee, folding dessert flavors into a seasonal release that is meant to feel familiar without being repetitive.

Allison Duncan said the menu is part of a yearlong Newstalgia-inspired celebration, and she framed the fall flavors as a nod to comfort food with a new twist. She said Chick-fil-A wanted to bring something unique this fall and that chicken and waffles and s’mores are both much-loved classics. Duncan also pointed to the response in test markets, saying the company saw “incredible response and excitement” before deciding to take the sandwiches nationwide.

There is a small catch in the launch that may matter once the promotion is on the board nationwide: the menu is being sold as limited-time even as it reaches every guest at once. Chick-fil-A has not said how long the Chicken & Waffles Sandwiches or the S’mores items will stay available, which means the first day of the rollout may also be the best clue readers get for how long the fall lineup will last.

Chick-fil-A, Inc. said the company is using 2026 to celebrate its 80-year heritage with fresh twists, guest experiences and new packaging. The chain said it is the third largest quick-service restaurant company in the United States and has more than 200,000 Team Members working in more than 3,000 restaurants, a scale that helps explain why one seasonal menu change can land everywhere at once.
