Baylen Dupree is bringing her wedding to television. The third season of Baylen Out Loud starts Tuesday, May 19, and follows Dupree and her new husband, Colin Dooley, as they plan the ceremony, begin married life and face the kind of changes she says come with “a lot of big changes, a lot of emotions, and some chaos too.”
Dupree said she is excited for fans to see how it all came together, especially this next chapter with Dooley. She said the season will also show more of her push toward independence, along with the realities of living with extreme Tourette’s syndrome while trying to build the life she wants.
“I’m so excited to see it all come together on the show. I’m also really excited for everyone to see this next chapter of my life with Colin,” Dupree said. “There are a lot of big changes, a lot of emotions, and some chaos too. I’m looking forward to sharing more about wedding planning, becoming more independent, and showing that even when things are hard with Tourette’s, you can still go after the life you want.”
The season begins with a joint bachelor and bachelorette party and then moves into the wedding, which took place earlier this month. It also follows new career demands, financial decisions and the possibility of a major move, making this the most transitional run of the series so far. Last season, viewers saw Dupree travel to London to try the Neupulse wrist device, another sign that the show has leaned into the practical and personal sides of life with Tourette’s rather than treating her condition as a single storyline.
That broader approach has helped the series break through. TLC said Baylen Out Loud drew more than 28 million viewers last year and was the highest rated new cable series in 2025. The show, produced by Michael Levitt Productions, aired two seasons in 2025 and is now being submitted to the Emmys in Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program and Outstanding Picture Editing for an Unstructured Reality Program. Last year, Love on the Spectrum won Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program, while Welcome To Wrexham took Outstanding Picture Editing for an Unstructured Reality Program.
Dupree has said the response from the Tourette community has meant a great deal to her. She said people who live with Tourette’s, or know someone who does, have told her the show makes them feel seen and understood. She also said she wants to keep sharing both the joyful moments and the everyday challenges, while raising awareness, advocating for the community and proving she can keep moving toward the life she wants.
The new season answers the question it sets up from the start: after two seasons of showing the work behind her life, Dupree is not stepping back from it. She is stepping further into it, with marriage, career pressure and the next chapter all arriving at once.
