Zach Bryan released his new eight-song EP, Young Manhood And Other Donatable Organs, on Friday, Oct. 16, through Warner Records, and the set arrives with two high-profile collaborations that will pull in listeners beyond his core audience. The project includes "Lies" with Lana Del Rey and "Plainsman" with Turnpike Troubadours, along with "Robot Killed The Working Man" and "Backwards."
The release gives Bryan fresh music after a busy stretch that already included his sixth studio album, With Heaven On Top, which came out in January and opened at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard 200. He later followed that with an acoustic version of the album, keeping him in release mode rather than in the long gap that usually separates major projects.
That pace matters because Bryan has spent the year turning commercial momentum into scale. With Heaven On Top was a 25-song album, and it included "Plastic Cigarette," which climbed to No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 2 on Hot Country Songs. Bryan also reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in 2023 with his self-titled project and earned a Hot 100 chart-topper that same year with "I Remember Everything," his collaboration with Kacey Musgraves.
The new EP does not stand alone. Bryan also announced the 2027 Young Manhood And Other Donatable Organs Tour, a 19-stadium run across North America and Australia that will feature support from John Fogerty, Ryan Bingham and The Texas Gentlemen, Vance Joy, Fey Fili, Gabriella Rose and Emma Ogier. Tickets go on sale Friday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. local time at zachbryan.com, and the tour opens April 28 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis before moving through Soldier Field in Chicago, Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta and Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia and then on to Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Accor Stadium in Sydney and Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
The question the EP leaves hanging is not whether Bryan is active; it is how long he can keep stacking releases, tour demand and chart success at this pace. By Friday, he had already answered the immediate question with new songs. By next Friday, fans will have the first chance to buy into the next chapter.
