Tracy Tutor is joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 16, turning a long-running Bravo tease into a real cast move. She announced the news on Instagram on August 19 and made clear she is stepping into the franchise as its newest diamond-holder.

“Well… the secret’s officially out,” Tutor wrote, before adding that she is joining the show and “could not be more excited for this next chapter.” For viewers of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the timing matters because it is the first confirmed casting news tied to Season 16, even as Bravo has not said when the new run will premiere or who else will be in the full lineup.

Tutor arrives with a built-in Bravo profile. She is one of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ top real estate agents, a bestselling author and entrepreneur with 24 years in luxury real estate sales. She joined MDLLA for Season 10 in 2017 as the show’s first female real estate broker and stayed through Season 15, which wrapped in September 2024.

Her pitch for the new role was personal as much as professional. “Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life,” she wrote, adding that she was “Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely.”

That kind of candor is part of why the casting fits, and part of why it could get messy fast. Tutor has said she knows a lot of the women on the show and believes she could “bring a little heat,” a line that carries more weight because she also had a public feud with Dorit Kemsley in 2025. The clash gave her a point of entry into the RHOBH orbit before this announcement ever became official.

The feud was not random television static. Tutor accused Kemsley of not paying her bills and owing money to several people, while Kemsley brushed the claim off with a joking response on Watch What Happens Live last March. That exchange left a mark, and now it sits behind Tutor’s arrival as a cast member rather than just a guest in the Bravo ecosystem.

Tutor had already signaled she was open to the move. On Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in January 2023, she said she would be “100 percent” on board with joining the RHOBH cast. She also said she knew many of the women and “loved them all… not equally,” before adding, “I think I could bring a little heat.”

Her new role comes after years of visibility on MDLLA, where she represented the West Hollywood Edition, which sold for nearly $200 million in 2021, and later expanded her business to Texas, saying she had more than $200 million in listings in her Dallas and Austin offices. She also went through a divorce from Jason Maltas after 13 years of marriage, shares two daughters, Juliet and Scarlett, with him, and later dated Erik Anderson before they split during Season 15.

The remaining question is less about whether Tutor can play in the RHOBH world and more about how Bravo plans to deploy her. The network has confirmed the new cast member, but not the full Season 16 roster or the premiere date, leaving Tutor’s move as the biggest known piece of the season so far.

For now, she is framing it as a fresh start with a familiar edge. “So what’s left to say but, Let’s f--king go,” she wrote, sounding less like a cautious transfer and more like someone ready to walk straight into the room she has spent years hovering around.
