Nba Youngboy South Korea Interview: Rapper Says Heart Was Swollen on Tour

NBA YoungBoy said a doctor told him the left side of his heart was swollen while he was on tour, and he kept going anyway. In a rare interview on Funny Marco's Open Thoughts, the 26-year-old rapper said he finished the run without telling anybody.

That disclosure is why the Nba YoungBoy South Korea Interview is drawing attention now: it was not just another conversation about music, but the first on-record sign that a health issue may have been hanging over the road dates he already played through. He said, in effect, that he learned about the swollen heart mid-tour and then carried on with every show until the trek was done.

His wording was blunt. YoungBoy said he never told nobody about it, that he just kept doing every show, and that he finished his tour out with the condition still there. Complex reported that the issue has not fully gone away, and he added that his heart is kind of still enlarged on one side. He did not identify a diagnosis, explain what caused the problem or say whether he is being treated.

The health disclosure sits alongside a bigger shift in how he describes his career. YoungBoy said music is not his main focus right now, and he thinks he may have one or two albums left before he steps back. He also said he plans to go on the road only one more time in his life, which lands differently from a rapper who has already released nine studio albums and dozens of mixtapes at 26.

That contrast is what makes the interview matter. Four of his albums reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200, his latest studio album, Slime Cry, arrived in January and peaked at No. 6, and the ML2 compilation followed in June. Even so, his comments do not amount to a formal retirement announcement. They read more like a warning that the pace fans have come to expect may not last much longer, and that the unanswered question is not whether he has success left, but whether he plans to use it the same way again.
