Tate McRae has stirred fresh speculation with a short Instagram post that points straight at her next two festival stops. She uploaded photos with the caption “Montreal. Chicago. See u soon,” then shared a poster that appeared to show “10-1.”
The reaction was immediate. Thousands of fans responded within minutes, treating the post like a clue rather than a casual update, and that is why the Tate McRae setlist conversation is heating up now: she is heading into two high-profile performances in Montreal and Chicago, and her message arrived just as attention around the shows was already building.
McRae is scheduled to headline the Bell River Stage at Osheaga in Montreal on Aug. 1, then perform at Lollapalooza in Chicago from July 30 through Aug. 2 at Grant Park. Those appearances make the timing of the Instagram post hard to miss, because it lands right before thousands of festivalgoers see her live.
The poster detail is what has people parsing every inch of the tease. “10-1” could be read as a simple range or code rather than a direct announcement, but the post does not confirm what it is meant to signal.
