DownDetector showed the design website was having some issues as the morning got underway, and roughly 75 percent of complaints centered on getting onto the website. Some users were also struggling to open the app or sign in to their accounts, turning a routine workday tool into a temporary headache.
Canva is a widely used online graphic tool, so even a short interruption can slow down people trying to finish presentations, social posts or other design work before the day gets moving. The timing mattered because the problems surfaced Tuesday morning, when many users were just starting to log in and get work done.
