The May 26 Euromillones draw ended without a top-tier winner in Spain, sending the jackpot for the next drawing on May 29 up to 129 million euros. The winning combination was 06, 23, 25, 35 and 37, with stars 06 and 12.
The rollover comes after a 115 million euro prize was on the line across nine European countries, but no Spanish ticket matched the complete winning combination. That leaves the next draw among the biggest of the year and gives players another shot at a prize that has already climbed sharply in just one night.
Spain did still get one winner through El Millón, the parallel draw attached to every Euromillones ticket sold in the country. A resident of Valladolid took the one-million-euro prize with code CJL89675, while larger payouts above 40,000 euros remain subject to a 20% tax and claims of 2,000 euros or more must be handled through authorized banks such as BBVA and CaixaBank.
Euromillones is played with five numbers from 1 to 50 and two stars from 1 to 12, with each basic bet costing 2.50 euros. The draw is traditionally broadcast live from Paris at 21:00 local time, and SELAE directs part of ticket sales revenue to social and public-interest projects. The next drawing on May 29 will now carry the kind of jackpot that tends to pull attention well beyond Spain.
