Walker-Kimbrough, who turned 31 on Monday, was on a one-year, non-guaranteed deal and appeared in two games for the Fever this season. She logged 3 minutes, 18 seconds in Wednesday’s 17-point win over the , her final game with the club.

The guard was entering her 10th season after coming into the league in 2017 and spent last season with . Before the season-opener, she said she knew the camp gave her a real chance and wanted to make the most of it by joining a strong organization, working under coach and sharing the floor with accomplished players.

Indiana returns to the court Friday to host the Golden State Valkyries at 7:30 p.m. ET, and will then have five days between games after that home date.
