Liverpool host Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League on Sunday, and the fixture arrives with the visitors above them in the table. That alone gives the match more bite than a routine weekend game. Liverpool have 12 points from seven league matches, while Brighton have 16 from their opening seven.
That gap is why so many fans are searching for where to watch Liverpool vs Brighton & Hove Albion now. Both clubs have won four of their last five matches across all competitions, so the meeting brings together two sides in good form rather than one chasing a slump. Brighton have also scored 23 goals in the Premier League this season, while Liverpool have managed nine, a difference that points to how each side has been reaching results.
Brighton's recent run has been especially sharp. They beat Arsenal 3-0, crushed Crystal Palace 5-0 last Sunday and won six successive matches in all competitions before Thursday's 0-0 draw with Jablonec in the Conference League. Across that winning streak, they scored 22 times and conceded twice, and they are now on five successive clean sheets. Liverpool, by contrast, came back to beat Brentford last weekend after benefiting from a numerical advantage, but they have also conceded three goals in each of their last two European outings against LASK and Villarreal.
That is the part that makes Sunday harder to read than the standings suggest. Brighton lead Liverpool in the Premier League despite Liverpool being at home, and they arrive with the steadier defensive record as well as the sharper scoring touch. Liverpool have been prolific in cup football, with 15 goals across their four Carabao Cup and Champions League matches, but the league has asked different questions of them.
The match should tell us whether Liverpool can use home advantage to close the points gap or whether Brighton keep their grip on a season that has moved faster than most expected. The broadcast details were not provided, so the key remaining question is not who is in form, but where supporters will be able to watch the result unfold on Sunday.
