Torino FC beat Udinese 2-1 after Kulenovic turned a goalkeeper error into the winning goal in the 22nd minute of the second half. Okoye came well outside his area to try to clear the ball, collided with Bertola and left the net open for Kulenovic to finish.

That result gave Torino three valuable points in a delicate phase of the season and left Udinese with a fourth defeat in a row, still on four points. Bragança had put Torino ahead and Ekkelenkamp brought Udinese level, but the late mistake settled a match that had already swung back and forth.

What makes the win stand out is that Torino did it with a 4-4-2 and without starting Nikola Vlasic. Abate kept Vlasic on the bench at the start, then after the break sent on Ismajli for Rodriguez before later turning to Vlasic for Oristanio and Ilkhan for Bragança. Those changes mattered because Udinese had more possession for much of the game, yet Torino still found the cleaner moments when it counted.

Runjaic made his own choices before kickoff, leaving out David Alaba and Keinan Davis, who was not yet fully fit, while Bayo was unavailable at the last minute. He later introduced Jovanovic, Davis and Alaba, but by then the damage was done. Okoye’s rush out was not a random one-off in the flow of play; it was the kind of high-risk decision that can flip a match in a single second, and this time it did exactly that.

For Torino, the win validates the switch in shape and the patience to keep pressing late. For Udinese, the numbers are harsher: four straight defeats, four points, and a night that will be remembered for the empty net Kulenovic found rather than the possession they controlled for long stretches.
