Xbox Game Pass is adding a three-wave batch of game pass games across October 8, October 13 and October 15, with Battlefield 6 leading the middle drop. The lineup stretches across Cloud, Console, Handheld, XBOX Series X|S and PC, and several of the titles are marked as day one with XBOX Game Pass.
That timing is why the roster matters now: readers looking for what is next on the service have a clear answer, and Battlefield 6 is the headline name. On October 8, Echo Weaver arrives on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S and PC, alongside Forever Ago on Cloud, Console and PC, and Neon Abyss 2 on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S and PC. On October 13, Battlefield 6 joins Deep Dish Dungeon on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S and PC, while Valor Mortis lands on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, Handheld and PC. The final wave comes on October 15 with Bluey’s Happy Snaps on Cloud, Console, Handheld and PC, plus Chained Beasts on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S and PC.
The day-one label is doing real work here. Echo Weaver, Forever Ago, Deep Dish Dungeon, Valor Mortis and Bluey’s Happy Snaps are all available on day one with XBOX Game Pass, which turns the schedule from a simple list into an immediate value play for subscribers. Battlefield 6 is the biggest draw, described as the definitive Battlefield experience with all-out warfare, fast-paced close-quarters combat and tactical destruction, but its subscription tie-in is what gives the release extra weight: Game Pass Ultimate includes EA Play, and that brings the EA Play Deployment Pack, the Season 5 EA Play Pack and recurring seasonal rewards, plus 10% off eligible EA digital purchases.
The catch is that the announcement gives release dates, not how long each title will stay in the catalog. That leaves October 13 as the key date to watch, especially for Battlefield 6, because it is the marquee arrival and the clearest test of how strongly the service can turn a major release into a subscription hook. The rest of the month now has a shape, and the next move is simple: the games land on the dates already set.
The rollout comes from XBOX Wire and also fits into a wider Game Pass push that has referenced Bravo Squad for Gears of War: E-Day and Minecraft Dungeons II, while noting that some games were previously shown at the XBOX Games Showcase this past summer.
