The same fantasy logic carries into the 49ers game, where Miami is back on the road after losing 27-13 in Las Vegas. San Francisco opened as a 10.5-to-13.5-point favorite in a game with a 45.5-point over/under, and Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, Mike Evans, and George Kittle are all being considered as possible ceiling plays. McCaffrey's workload is expected to move back toward normal after a lighter-than-anticipated Week 1, but the size of the spread creates a different kind of risk: if the game gets away from Miami, late passing volume could disappear fast.
Baltimore gives the board another strong offensive profile. The Ravens scored 41 points on Indianapolis, and Derrick Henry rushed for 144 yards and scored three times against that same defense in Week 1. Baltimore now gets a Saints defense that surrendered 31 points and 156 rushing yards to Gibbs in Detroit, with the Ravens listed as an 8.5-point home favorite in a game sitting between 46.5 and 48 points.
