BlizzCon 2026 is almost here, and Blizzard News says the weekend will be livestreamed free for everyone. The official Viewership Guide will show fans how and where to watch the Opening Ceremony, major panels, esports and more.
That makes the search for a Blizzcon Stream guide more immediate now, because the event is moving from announcement to access. Programming will vary by channel, and the full updated schedule will appear on BlizzCon.com after Opening Ceremony, giving viewers one clear place to check what is live and when.
The livestream plan also comes with a rewards angle for people watching from home or attending in person. Viewers can earn rewards by tuning in to participating streams on YouTube and Twitch, while attendees at BlizzCon in the Anaheim Convention Center can get the same rewards if their BlizzCon Pass is linked to a Battle.net Account no later than September 18, 2026.
There is still a catch, and it is the kind that matters to anyone trying to plan around a live weekend. Times and programming can change, and some areas of the show floor map remain under wraps for now, so the guide is useful but not fixed; the one thing Blizzard News is making plain is that the live schedule will not be fully settled until after Opening Ceremony.
For those going in person, registration begins in Hall E of the Anaheim Convention Center, with the route starting at the Grand Plaza between the Hilton Anaheim and Anaheim Marriott hotels and continuing to Hall E Registration after the security checkpoint. Attendees need their BlizzCon Pass ready in the Tixr app, along with a valid photo ID that matches the name on the pass, and after the pass is scanned they will receive commemorative credentials and other items.
BlizzCon badges and event wristbands must be worn for the full time at BlizzCon, and lost badges or wristbands will not be replaced. If a wristband has to be removed for safety reasons, it should be taken to Hall E Registration for replacement, while a commemorative items voucher can be redeemed for one set of items only when issued. Anyone who bought an Add-On experience with a BlizzCon Pass should follow signage at Registration to the Add-On line in Hall E, where the pass, commemorative credentials and other included items will be picked up.
Before the doors open on Saturday and Sunday, the Grand Plaza, attendee staging areas and security checkpoints will open at 6:00 a.m. PDT for people lining up early. Once inside, attendees can join the free WiFi network named Anaheim Free WiFi. For fans at home, the answer is simpler: the free BlizzCon stream is the event, and the guide is the map.
