Disney has given the first taste of what is coming to the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and it did so with a new video that turned the menu into a guessing game. Brook Lopez and Robin Lopez joined Karissa Dumbacher as she tried to identify several dishes headed to the festival.

The reveal matters now because the 2026 EPCOT Food And Wine Festival menu has already been released in full, but the video offered an early look at only a handful of items that will help shape the first wave of interest. Among the dishes shown was The Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle, a returning fan favorite that first debuted at the 2011 Food & Wine Festival and came back for the 30th anniversary. It is built from layers of pumpkin cheesecake mousse, spice cake, citrus sauce and crunchy cranberry granola on top.

Disney also tied several items to specific booths. The Dill Buffalo Chicken Wing will be served at Odyssey — Brewing Lab with house-made ranch. The Cannoli Milkshake is headed to The Wedge, where it will arrive as a vanilla-based milkshake with ricotta, mascarpone and cinnamon, finished with a cannoli shell, chocolate shavings and a maraschino cherry. The Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese is also set for The Wedge, giving the booth another returning EPCOT classic.

Another reveal pointed to Swirled Showcase, where The Liquid Nitrogen Almond Truffle Mousse will return for the 30th anniversary. Disney says the dessert is prepared tableside with liquid nitrogen and comes with whiskey caramel sauce and sugared almonds, a detail that gives the festival’s dessert lineup a little more theater than a typical menu announcement.

That is the catch in the reveal: the video spotlighted a small slice of the lineup even as the complete guide is already out, which means the bigger story is not the handful of dishes on screen but the full spread now available to plan around. For readers trying to map out what to eat and where to find it, the early look gives a few anchor items; the released menu fills in the rest.

The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is already moving from teaser to planning guide. The dishes shown in the video are only the start, but they give a clear signal of what Disney wants people talking about first: familiar favorites, specific booth stops and a menu that is now fully laid out for anyone ready to start choosing.
