PlayStation has given the first look at a Wolverine PS5 package built around Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle, pairing a PS5 Digital Edition with a matching DualSense wireless controller and a game code for Marvel’s Wolverine. The design leans into Wolverine’s claws and adamantium edge, with artwork shaped alongside Jock, who worked on the key art for the game.

The Battle Yellow bundle will be available globally, and the DualSense Wireless Controller – Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition will also be sold on its own worldwide. For players who already own a PS5 model group slim or PS5 Pro console, PlayStation is offering PS5 and PS5 Pro Console Covers – Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition, with covers made for both disc-drive and non-disc-drive consoles.
The reveal also expands beyond the yellow treatment. PlayStation is introducing PS5 Pro Console Covers – Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition, which use a premium metallic finish, along with a matching DualSense Wireless Controller – Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition sold separately. Last month, Insomniac Games and Marvel Games shared new details and reveals at San Diego Comic-Con for Marvel’s Wolverine, setting up this hardware showcase as part of the same rollout around the game.
The sharpest wrinkle is availability. The Battle Yellow bundle and accessories are being positioned for global purchase, but the console covers are only in limited quantities through select retailers outside regions where is available. That leaves fans with one clear path for the bundle and a much narrower one for the covers, especially if they want the limited finish rather than the standard pairing.
Jock said he wanted to show Wolverine at his fiercest for the limited edition PS5 console bundle and accessories, and said he still draws all his artwork traditionally, making the chance to match hand-drawn ink with new hardware especially exciting. He also said he was stunned by how well the console and accessories captured the raw energy of the drawing. PlayStation said Jock’s illustrations carry the energy and dynamics needed to capture Wolverine’s kinetic, violent nature, which is why the designs land less like decorative branding and more like a direct extension of the character. What remains unanswered is the practical one: PlayStation has shown the hardware, but it has not said when the Wolverine PS5 bundle, controller, or covers will actually go on sale, or what they will cost.
