Police in Southfield were investigating a shooting early Sunday morning at Hidden Gem Restaurant that left two people dead and one person injured. Officers arrived around 3:30 AM on 9 Mile Road near Ascension Providence Hospital and found one person suffering from a gunshot wound.
The first victim died at the scene. Two other victims were taken to the hospital, and one of them, who had been shot multiple times, later died from those injuries. By Sunday morning, the count had risen to two dead and one injured.
