Kenny Smith and Tia Jurcic were married on Tuesday at The Resort at Pelican Hill, then confirmed the wedding in a joint Instagram post that read, “Mr. & Mrs. Smith 🤍.” The ceremony took place outdoors beneath a hanging chandelier in a pillar structure draped in white.
Jurcic wore a strapless gown with a cinderella skirt and flowers, while Smith appeared in a white suit jacket, black bowtie and black pants. The setting matched the moment: The Resort at Pelican Hill is a five-star luxury property just south of Newport Beach, known for its Italian architectural style and a 36-hole golf course overlooking the ocean.
The announcement landed now because the marriage follows an engagement the couple shared last October, when they posted a snapshot of Jurcic’s diamond ring. It also marks Smith’s third marriage, a detail that gives the celebration a different edge than a simple wedding reveal. Smith, an Inside the NBA host and former two-time NBA champ, was previously married to Dawn Reavis in the 1990s and later to Gwendolyn Osborne for 12 years before their divorce in 2018.
Those earlier relationships still frame the news. Smith and Reavis have two children, Kayla and KJ, and Smith and Osborne have a son, Malloy, and a daughter, London. Jurcic also has a son, Domenik, with Chris Warren; Domenik is a basketball player in the class of 2030. She was reportedly married to Mario Mamić from 2017 to 2023.
