Love Island USA season 8 is heading to Los Angeles for its reunion episode, and fans will be able to watch the taping in person for free. Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen will host the event, which will be filmed in early August before it airs on Monday, August 31 at 6 p.m. PT on Peacock.

The move gives the reunion a live-audience setting after the past two seasons were taped in New York on a closed set. This time, the audience is being handled by OS | LA Productions, and there are three tapings fans can apply for, all free to attend. The cast arrivals taping is set for Sunday, August 9 at 5:30 p.m. outside the studio in Universal City, followed by the reunion itself on Monday, August 10 in two parts, with part one starting at 9 a.m. and part two at 2 p.m.

That open door comes with a catch. Each fan must apply individually, must be at least 18 years of age, and may not get in even after applying. Those selected are expected to stay for the full taping, which is expected to run six hours. The setup creates a rare chance to see the season 8 cast reuniting before the episode is edited for Peacock, but the official lineup has not been announced yet.

What is known is that the reunion is expected to center on the final four couples, with most bombshells and original cast members also likely to return unless they were removed from the Villa for a reason other than being dumped. Bryce Alakai and Trinity Tatum won earlier this month, taking home the $50,000 grand prize, while Aniya Harvey and Carl Lee Schmidt finished second, Melanie Moreno and Sincere Rhea were third, and Kayda Bosse and Zach Georgiou placed fourth. Love Island USA season 8 spent six weeks in Fiji before this next stage, but the questions now are simpler: who shows up, and who gets a seat when the cameras start rolling in Los Angeles.
