Consumers who bought one of the dressers before April 1, 2026 are covered by the recall and are being told to contact Romorgniz for refund instructions.
The recall is drawing attention because it involves more than 10,000 dressers sold nationwide in white, brown and black, making it one of those safety notices that can reach a lot of households at once. The product was sold from May 2025 through March 2026, but only orders before April 1, 2026 are included, a limit that leaves open a plain question for buyers who received shipments later in that window.
The dressers are 12-drawer fabric units, and the commission said they violate the STURDY Act. In practical terms, that law is meant to keep storage furniture from tipping over too easily and from creating spaces where a child can become trapped, which is why this kind of defect is treated as more than a routine product complaint.
