Marcello Hernández is bringing two hometown comedy shows to Hard Rock Live in Hollywood this November, with a Spanish set on November 27 and an English show on November 28. The Miami native’s run gives South Florida fans two separate nights to catch him in a room that will not allow phones, cameras or smartwatches inside.
That matters now because tickets open first through a venue social media presale on July 14 at 10 a.m. before general sale begins July 15 at 10 a.m., and the starting price is set at $53. Both shows begin at 8 p.m., with ESPANOL as the password for the Spanish performance and ENGLISH for the English one.
The split between the two nights is simple on paper, but it is also the reason the announcement stands out. Hernández is not treating the run like a single bilingual billing. He is offering one night built around Spanish and another built around English, which gives fans in South Florida a clear choice and turns the weekend into two distinct chances to see the same comic from different angles.
At the same time, the setup is tightly controlled. The shows are strictly phone-free, and everyone entering will have phones, cameras and smartwatches secured in Yondr pouches. Guests are asked to switch phones to vibrate, and if a true emergencia comes up, staff will unlock the pouch in designated areas. The arrangement keeps the room focused on the set, but it also means the very fans drawn by the personal hometown pitch will have to experience it without recording or constant contact.
Hernández has been building toward this moment for months. He was named one of TIME’s Latino Leaders, made The Hollywood Reporter’s Latin Power List, saw his debut Netflix comedy special American Boy reach the Top 10 in January, completed Netflix’s Happy Gilmore 2, is gearing up to star alongside Kevin Hart in 72 Hours and has been tapped to host the 2026 ESPYs. Still, the immediate news is simpler: two nights in Hollywood, one in Spanish and one in English, with tickets about to go on sale and no third chance announced beyond them.
