Victoria Lee Robinson was arrested after a June 3 altercation that left Tom Sandoval pushed into a lit fire pit and sent the dispute into court. A temporary restraining order was later granted, and a follow-up hearing was set for July 16.
The arrest gave the fight immediate legal weight because Sandoval had already asked the court to act on what he described as a violent confrontation in the early morning hours after the couple returned home from a night out at a bar. In his filing, Sandoval said he and Victoria Lee Robinson became a couple in February 2024 and accused her of punching his face and injuring his neck and ear, while also claiming she had changed passwords on his phone and social media and used Airtags to track him.
Video obtained by TMZ captures part of what happened on the patio. It shows Victoria Robinson and Will Robinson sitting beside a lit fire pit when Sandoval and Will Robinson began arguing. Sandoval is heard yelling before he asks Victoria Robinson if she is recording and moves toward her. Will Robinson then stands, wraps his arms around Sandoval, and Sandoval turns and pushes him into the fire pit. After Will Robinson gets back up, he rushes after Sandoval into the home while Victoria Robinson screams for the men to stop.
That footage matters because it cuts across the competing accounts in the filing. Sandoval said Victoria Robinson attacked him physically and that her father grabbed him and punched an approximately 12-inch hole in the door of his spare bedroom while he was barricading himself inside. Will Robinson told TMZ that he lifted Sandoval off his daughter because Sandoval was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively, and he said the case was not filed by the DA for a reason. The two versions leave the same night looking very different, even as police acted on the video and later arrested Victoria Robinson for intimate partner battery with physical violence.
Victoria Robinson bonded out and was released the same day, and the Los Angeles Police Department did not confirm the reason for her arrest. Sandoval also said both Victoria Lee Robinson and her father had lived with him in a Los Angeles rental home, and his filing said he stayed in hotels and at friends’ houses after the June 3 incident. The restraining order now pushes the dispute into the next phase, with the July 16 hearing set to test how much of the night the court believes and whether the arrest leads to any further legal action.
