ATEEZ has dropped a teaser for its upcoming music video for “BAD,” and Chase Infiniti is in it, playing one half of a couple whose wedding is suddenly interrupted. The brief look puts her directly in the frame for one of the group’s next release cycle moments, even before the full video arrives.
The teaser lands now because ATEEZ is rolling toward Golden Hour: Part 5, which is set for June 26 at 1pm KST. That makes the clip more than a standalone preview; it is the first public look at a release that will also be the group’s 14th mini album and the fifth entry in its Golden Hour series.
For Infiniti, the appearance also fits a public profile that has long included ATEEZ fandom. The 25-year-old, named to Forbes’ 2026 30 Under 30 cohort, has said most of what she listens to is K-pop and once told Teyana Taylor to start with “Guerrilla,” “Bouncy” and “Hala Hala,” adding that “Guerrilla” is a great one. She has also said she normally keeps an ATEEZ Choi San photo card in her bag.
That fan history makes the casting easy to notice, but it does not explain it on its own. The teaser does not say whether her appearance was tied to that fandom, and it gives no sign of how much of the final video she will actually occupy beyond this opening glimpse. KQ Entertainment has described “BAD” as a Brazilian punk tune with groovy beats, so the wedding scene may be only one piece of a larger concept rather than the whole story.
The timing also works for ATEEZ as the group stacks attention ahead of a busy stretch. It is scheduled to headline the British Summer Time Hyde Park festival in London on June 28, just two days after the album release, while Infiniti keeps moving on a separate rise of her own after breaking out in Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another and appearing in Presumed Innocent, which became Apple TV+'s most-watched drama in its history. For now, the teaser answers the immediate question: Chase Infiniti is in ATEEZ’s “BAD,” and the full answer to what her role amounts to will come when Golden Hour: Part 5 arrives.
