With the June 27 show at Nissan Stadium in Nashville already sold out, NBC will tape the performance for a primetime concert special, Peacock will stream it after it airs, and two Nashville venues will carry live feeds for fans who missed out on tickets.
The timing matters because the demand was immediate. Tickets vanished as soon as they were released and prices climbed sharply in the resale market, while the concert itself is still a few days away. Jackson is expected to perform for about an hour and a half, roughly from 8:30 to 10:00, in a show built around a long list of guests that includes Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Jon Pardi, Lee Ann Womack, Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Luke Combs, Riley Green, George Strait and Lainey Wilson.
That guest list only underscores how much attention the night has drawn. Members of Jackson’s family are also set to take part, including nephews Adam Wright and Big City Brian Wright, along with Big City Brian Wright’s daughter, Carlisle Wright. It is the kind of lineup that usually leaves little room for second chances, which is why the new viewing options have become the story for fans who could not get inside the stadium.
There is still one catch. The in-person concert sold out immediately, but people who want a full Alan Jackson concert will still have access to one through the live-feed setup at the Country Music Hall of Fame’s CMA Theater and at Belmont University’s Fisher Center. The CMA Theater event is already sold out, even though tickets were free but required reservations. At the Fisher Center, tickets are still available, and every purchase will support the launch of the Alan Jackson Legacy endowed scholarship at Belmont University. The Fisher Center will also include a live band before the feed begins, turning the night into more than a simple screening.
What remains unresolved is the broadcast date for NBC’s primetime special. The network has already committed the film crew, and Peacock will carry the program the day after it airs, but the air date itself has not been set. For fans who could not get into Nissan Stadium, the answer is no longer whether they can see Jackson’s last concert. It is where they want to watch it.
