have signed from on a three-year deal, adding a winger who arrives at Tynecastle Park after one of the most productive seasons of his career. The 28-year-old is set to remain with Hearts until 2029 once the move is cleared.

The deal matters now because Hearts have put one of the Championship’s most efficient attackers into their summer plans, with Miller having finished 2025/26 with nine goals and 11 assists — the best return of any player in the Premiership that season. His figures only sharpen the appeal of a signing that was announced as the club continue building for a campaign that will stretch across domestic and European fixtures.

Miller’s route back to a top-flight stage has been long and uneven. A product of Celtic’s youth system, he made his professional debut in 2016 and appeared five times for the club’s senior side before loan spells at Dundee and Ayr United, a move away from Glasgow in 2020, and later stints with , , Chesterfield and Greenock Morton. Falkirk brought him north again in July 2023, and the winger repaid them with silverware and recognition: League One in 2023/24, the Championship the following season, Team of the Year honours in both divisions and the SPFL Championship Player of the Year award.

There is still a formal step before Hearts can treat the signing as fully complete. The transfer is subject to approval and will only take effect when the window opens on , which leaves a narrow gap between the announcement and Miller’s registration. For Hearts, though, the direction of travel is clear: they have moved early to secure a winger who produced 32 goals and 37 assists in 132 games for Falkirk, and if the paperwork follows the news, Tynecastle will have one of the most decisive wide players in the country on its books for the next three seasons.
