and have announced the arrival of their second child, and Whitmore says the baby came earlier than expected. The TV presenter said the newest family member arrived “unexpectedly early and with dramatic flair,” while Stirling posted a photo of a white knitted jumper, hat and booties marked “Littlest Living Legend.”

The announcement matters now because it turns a February 2026 pregnancy update into a finished family moment: the couple, who already have a daughter born in March 2021, are now parents of two. Whitmore wrote, “A new player has entered the game!” and said the new baby arrived “last month,” giving the couple’s followers a fresh update on the household that has grown again.

Whitmore also gave the kind of detail that makes a celebrity birth note feel personal instead of polished. She said she had made a 5 hour birthing playlist this time, but it only played about 3 songs before the baby arrived and she ended up using it after birth. “Been enjoying baby smells, lack of sleep and scrumptious hands and wrists,” she wrote, a line that lands somewhere between sleep-deprived comedy and relief.

Stirling matched that tone in his own announcement. “Say hello to our newest living legend,” he wrote beside the tiny white outfit, then added that he had always wanted someone in the house who would stay up late and watch the with him, though “this feels a little excessive.” The line works because it keeps the mood light, but it also confirms what the couple have not yet said outright: the new arrival has joined a home that already had one child and, now, one more place at the table.

The remaining question is the one Whitmore and Stirling have not answered yet: the baby’s name and sex. For now, the couple has given fans enough to know the family has expanded, but not enough to know who the newest living legend is.
