has put on his list. The winger said he would be open to a move to Old Trafford if the chance came, describing United as a massive club with so much history and saying they could convince him.

The 24-year-old’s remarks land at a moment when United have already secured Champions League qualification and are shaping a summer rebuild. Tzolis said it would have to be a Champions League team from England, Germany, Spain or Italy before he would consider leaving Brugge, adding that only PSG is a better option than those clubs.

The club are expected to move for a new left winger once central midfield issues are addressed, with due to leave Old Trafford when his contract expires at the end of next month. Atalanta midfielder , Newcastle United’s and Nottingham Forest’s have all been linked with summer moves to United as the club looks to strengthen through the middle first.

Tzolis has made plain that he is not shopping himself to any club; he is waiting for the right one, and in his view that means a Champions League side with the size and history to make refusal difficult.
