Police and the family of are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of the 68-year-old Southsea man after he was last seen leaving his Hampshire home at around 10am on Sunday, May 24.

Harbert is described as having a tanned complexion, being around 5ft 6ins tall, with short dark hair and tattoos on his arms. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts and grey trainers.

Anyone who has information or may have seen him is being urged to contact police immediately. If he is spotted, the public should call 999 and quote reference INC-20260524-0990.
