State authorities canceled an just after 4:00 p.m. Tuesday after a child was reported missing in Shelton, Washington, ending a fast-moving search that began hours earlier. said it found the suspect vehicle around 3:00 p.m., shortly after the alert went out.

The alert sent at 2:42 p.m. said a four-year-old child had been taken by his father, 26-year-old , during a supervised visit Wednesday afternoon. The child was last seen with Moen around 12:30 p.m. near the 600 block of W Park St in Shelton, and authorities said the two were believed to be traveling in Moen's blue 2005 Honda Pilot with Washington license plate CDE7808.

Moen is described as 5'8", 180 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Authorities said he has a tattoo on his left arm with the word Northwest and a tree, and tattoos on his knuckles reading ROCK on one hand and ROLL on the other.
