Pitcher List posted its Sunday 9/27 starting pitcher streamer rankings for fantasy baseball, giving managers a fresh short-term guide for today’s and tomorrow’s games. The rankings are built around four tiers: Auto-Start, Probably Start, Questionable Start and Do Not Start.
That matters now because these are same-day decisions, and the list is designed to help managers fill innings with pitchers rostered in 20% or fewer leagues, the cutoff Fantasy Pros uses for a streaming pick. In practice, that means the column is aimed at the narrow window when one start can swing a week.
The rankings are presented as a recurring weekday-morning update, put together from 10am to 12pm ET on twitch.tv/pitcherlist. Pitchers are marked with Green, Yellow or Red depending on tier, so the reader can sort risk without having to read every matchup line by line. Pitcher List also says there is a second table, and now a third for PL Pro members, for tomorrow’s starting pitcher matchups.
That extra table is useful, but it also points to the one limitation baked into the format: matchups are subject to change. In other words, the ranking posted on Sunday 9/27 may not end up matching the actual pitchers who take the mound, which is why the list works best as a guide rather than a finished box score.
For fantasy baseball managers, the value is in speed and structure. Sunday’s rankings give them a tiered way to weigh risk, check who fits the streaming cutoff, and make a move before the next slate locks in. The next update will be the following weekday morning, when the same process starts over with a new set of matchups and the same uncertainty attached.
