Noche UFC has added a short-notice bout between Jessie Rosas and Sean King, giving both promotional newcomers their first walk to the Octagon next week. The late addition pushes the card to 14 scheduled fights at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ.
The matchup matters now because the event is already set for next week, and the card is finished with a fight that could turn two debutants into names worth tracking. Jean Silva and Jose Delgado are headlining the show, with Delgado stepping in for the injured Yair Rodriguez, but the newest news is the arrival of Rosas and King on a card that now has no open slots left.
Rosas is the one drawing the sharper interest. He was originally supposed to debut in August against Miles Johns, but UFC doctors did not clear him for that fight, and the first chance slipped away before he could take it. Now he gets a second shot on a bigger stage, with a short-notice assignment that puts him back in the same position he wanted months ago: finally getting into the Octagon.
There is a reason the booking makes sense without needing much explanation. Rosas comes in on a three-fight win streak and won the Ultimate Warrior Challenge bantamweight belt in June with a fifth-round submission. Across nine professional fights, he has gone to the judges only once, and during his amateur run in 2021 he beat two opponents in less than two minutes of combined fight time. King brings a different kind of clean record into the pairing. He is 6-0 as a professional and went 6-0 as an amateur from 2022 to 2024, finishing all but one of the opponents he met in that stretch.
That is the part that makes the late change easy to follow: two unbeaten-feeling paths, one empty spot, and a card that needed one more fight before fight week closed in. Rosas has already seen one debut opportunity disappear, and now he gets another one just over a week before Noche UFC. King gets the same chance on the same stage, and one of them will leave Desert Diamond Arena with a first UFC result that has been a long time coming.
