That is the wrinkle in Brennan’s market: Villanova wants him back even after adding two pieces up front, which suggests his production still carries enough weight to change a rotation. The situation is even more fluid after Eric Reibe underwent foot surgery on Friday and will miss time, a development that can alter how schools think about depth in the middle.
For now, Brennan is the player at the center of the conversation. If one of the interested programs lands him, it gets a proven rebounder, a high-efficiency scorer and a center who already showed he can anchor a tournament team.
