Arby’s has added the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich to its Meat & 3 value box lineup beginning today, giving customers a new entrée choice in the $7.99 meal. The sandwich joins the existing mix of options at participating Arby’s locations nationwide.
The new sandwich brings Buffalo sauce, ranch, a crispy chicken breast, shredded lettuce and a toasted buttery brioche bun into the value box. Customers can order the meal in-restaurant, through the drive-thru, online or through the Arby’s app.
That matters because the Meat & 3 value box was already a familiar part of Arby’s value menu before this update, and now it has three entrée options instead of two. The box still costs $7.99, which keeps the appeal tied to price as much as choice.
But the nationwide pitch comes with a catch: the meal is only available at participating Arby’s locations. That means the new sandwich may be on the menu today in one store and unavailable in another, even under the same offer.
The open question is how long the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich will stay in the Meat & 3 value box. For now, Arby’s has given the meal a timely refresh, and customers looking for a lower-cost lunch or dinner have one more way to build it.
