Janičić comes in with the sharper spotlight in one sense: he is a top prospect from Montenegro with five straight wins of his own, over Akbar Gadzhiekperov, Joelson Nascimento, Ebrahim Hosseinpour, Marko Bojković and Alex Oliveira. Both fighters also carry a 100% finish rate, which is why the betting margin is thin and why the fight has been described as a likely TKO or KO ending for Gugnon rather than a clean mismatch.
