Shelby American is bringing back the two-door Super Snake Sport, and this time it is doing it as a 2026 F-150 with 810 horsepower. Orders are open now for the regular-cab street truck, which Shelby says will be built in a run of 500.
The truck sits in the exact lane some buyers have been asking for: a two-door F-150 with hard hardware and no extra seats to get in the way. Shelby puts the starting price at $115,795, a figure that makes the Super Snake Sport the cheapest muscle truck it builds, even if the word cheapest does a lot of work at that number.
Under the hood is a 400-hp 5.0-liter V-8 that Shelby-engineered with a supercharger to 810 horsepower. That extra output is only part of the package. The truck is lowered significantly from a regular F-150 and fitted with adjustable coilovers, rear traction bars, upgraded Baer brake rotors, Michelin performance tires and 22-inch alloy wheels. Shelby also gives it a tuned exhaust system, an aluminum heat exchanger and upgrades to the intake system, fuel injectors and spark plugs.
The exterior makes the point before the engine even fires. Fender-to-fender racing stripes, a hood scoop, aerodynamic front fender vents and Shelby grille lettering set it apart, while the grille lettering can be painted to match the body color or the stripe color. Inside, Shelby adds carbon-fiber details, billet racing pedals, Shelby-branded leather seats, plaques and floor mats.
The timing matters because Shelby is not simply updating the old formula; it is reviving a two-door version that had already been in production from 2020 through 2023. The new truck is the second generation of the two-door Super Snake Sport, and Shelby first created a four-door Super Snake street truck a decade ago. That history explains why the return of the regular-cab model is getting attention now: buyers who thought the door count was wrong for the Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT or the power figure too modest for the supercharged F-150 Lobo now have a fresh option.
What Shelby has not said is when the first of the 500 trucks will reach customers. For now, the company has opened the order books and staked out a clear pitch: if someone wants a rare, two-door performance F-150 with 810 horsepower, the New Shelby Super Snake Sport is back on sale today.
