Tyreek Hill offered a fresh look at his recovery on Wednesday, posting a 1 minute, 38-second rehab workout video in which he said his left leg still has no power after two surgeries. The video, titled Cheetah, Reborn, shows him running and jumping outside on turf, on a basketball court and in a pool.

For Hill, the update lands now because it is the clearest public sign yet of where he stands nearly 10 months into a recovery that has already included two surgeries. He said, “I feel good,” and added that his timeline is “looking real good right now,” while making clear he is still trying to regain all the power back in his left leg one day at a time.

Hill’s injury was severe from the start. He dislocated his knee and tore multiple ligaments, including his ACL, in a Sept. 29 game against the Jets, then was hospitalized overnight and needed surgery the next day. That history makes the latest workout video more than a highlight reel; it is a marker of how far he has come from a moment when, by his account, doctors were not sure he would walk again.

He did not hide the contradiction inside that progress. Hill said he still has no power in the leg that was injured, even as he described his outlook as strong and thanked God for getting him this far. That mix of confidence and limitation is what makes the update matter: he sounds close, but he is not there yet.

The open question is the one Hill would not answer. The Dolphins released him on Feb. 16, leaving him a free agent, and his recovery now shapes not just when he might play again, but how quickly any team could trust him to return at full strength. For now, Hill is doing the work in public, and the finish line is still his alone to define.
