Berenguer and Ruiz de Galarreta were back with the group in Lezama on the session before the friendly in Sestao, giving the squad a small but timely lift after both had spent the previous day working in the gym.
The update matters because it landed on the eve of the match and answered the main question around Sestao River Athletics: who was fit enough to take part. Berenguer and Ruiz de Galarreta joined normal work again, while Vivian, Yuri, Sannadi, Serrano and Gorosabel were still not in condition. Simón, Laporte and the Williams brothers were not in Lezama because they were internationals, and Iñaki will return next week after his participation with Ghana in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
