Ezra Elliot is the fighter drawing the most search interest, and for good reason. The product of MMA Lab in Arizona went 4-0 as an amateur before turning pro in 2024, then built his first year on fast finishes. He stopped Anthony Curtiss with strikes in his debut, won his next two fights by D'arce choke and then knocked out Ashton Caniglia in 3 minutes and 41 seconds in May, his longest professional bout to date.
That timing matters because UFC Oklahoma City began fight week with only 11 fights on the card, lighter than the usual UFC ceiling of 14. The late addition helps fill out a lineup headed by Dricus du Plessis and Kamaru Usman, with Usman making his second middleweight appearance after losing to Khamzat Chimaev in 2023. The UFC last visited Oklahoma City in 2017, so this return already carried extra weight before the card grew by one more fight.
Damien Anderson brings a different profile into the same debut. He is ranked No. 19 among prospects by MMA Prospect Vault, competed once in amateur MMA and arrives with extensive experience in competitive grappling. The matchup gives the UFC another look at two unbeaten fighters under the lights, but it also leaves one practical detail unanswered: where the bout will land on the card itself. For now, the only certainty is that Ezra Elliot and Anderson are in, and UFC Oklahoma City got a little fuller late in the week.
