Boozer gave Utah a real challenge, but the Jazz still pulled away late and closed the game on the stronger finish.
The broader picture is hard to miss. Peterson has opened Summer League with back-to-back 25-plus-point games, a start that suggests he is handling NBA pace and responsibility early. For Utah, the win also tied the event to a clean 2-0 run before the attention shifts to the 2026 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, which was set to begin Thursday with a seven-game slate.
