Donald Trump’s latest annual financial disclosure put a $10.7 million price tag on the Melania documentary deal and showed the money landing in a filing that runs nearly 1,000 pages. The report, filed Tuesday evening, also disclosed a $521,000 payment tied to an accompanying memoir published by Skyhorse.

The disclosure is the clearest public accounting yet of how much Trump reported from the project that Amazon MGM Studios released in late January. Questions had already swirled over what Melania was paid for the film, and the filing gives a firm number on the license agreement while leaving open a separate money trail that is harder to pin down.

That trail matters because the filing also shows a receivable from Amazon MGM Studios of between $250,001 and $500,000, but it is not immediately clear whether that money is connected to the Melania film or to reruns of The Apprentice. Amazon is said to have paid about $40 million for the right to the film, which makes the disclosed $10.7 million license agreement only one part of the larger transaction, not the full story of how the deal was structured or how the cash moved.

Trump’s filing also showed tens of millions of dollars from lawsuits he settled with media giants, plus residuals from TV and film appearances, including ABC’s The View. It further listed a payment from his Screen Actors Guild Pension, and it suggested he intended to tender between $102,000 and $280,000 worth of Warner Bros. Discovery shares last year while his holdings there were valued at between $433,000 and $995,000.

The document also points to a broader entertainment portfolio that reached across Disney, Netflix, Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery. It suggests Trump tendered shares in Warner Bros. Discovery to Paramount last year as the Department of Justice was reviewing Netflix’s deal to acquire WBD and Paramount’s competing offer, a reminder that the disclosure is not just about one documentary but about how deeply Trump’s income still runs through Hollywood.

The Trump Organization said the filing showed strong finances, low debt and a level of disclosure it described as unusually broad, while also calling the report one of the most comprehensive ever submitted. But the unresolved piece is the one that matters most now: whether the Amazon MGM receivable belongs to Melania, to The Apprentice, or to some other slice of Trump’s entertainment business. Until that is separated out, the filing gives a number for the film but not yet the full account of what Amazon MGM actually paid for.
