The NWS said showers and possible thunderstorms with high moisture content could drop as much as five centimeters of rain per hour, enough to trigger flash flooding in urban areas and places with poor drainage. The match is scheduled for Tuesday at 2.00 Uhr on MagentaTV, and the warning raises a straightforward question: not whether the game matters, but whether getting there safely will be the bigger problem.
