The Real Housewives of Orange County is back on Thursday, July 9 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, and the Season 20 trailer puts Vicki Gunvalson back in the middle of the fight. Carmella Garcia joins the group as the newest Housewife, giving the milestone season a new face as the cast heads into another round of old grudges and fresh conflict.

That matters now because the first look dropped with the full cast line-up and premiere date on June 11, turning the next season into a countdown instead of a vague tease. Gunvalson returns alongside Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow, Tamra Judge, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson and Jennifer Pedranti, and the show will stream the next day on Peacock, so the rollout is immediate and unavoidable for viewers who follow the franchise closely.

Garcia arrives with a résumé that makes her hard to ignore: she is a former Playboy Playmate of the Year and a WWE wrestler, and Jennifer introduces her to the group. Gunvalson does not warm up to the new arrival. She says she does not like new girls, compares Garcia to Cruella de Vil, and tells her she started the franchise. Garcia fires back that Gunvalson is new too this year and that everything has an expiration, which is exactly the kind of line that turns a casting note into a feud.

The bigger strain runs through Gunvalson’s effort to bring the Tres Amigas back together.
