Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc. will take part in the Bermuda Capital Event hosted by CEM on June 12-14, 2026, at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess in Bermuda. The company said the meeting will put it in front of growth-stage companies, capital finance professionals and institutional investors in scheduled one-on-one meetings.
The timing matters because the announcement lands less than a week before the event is set to begin on June 12. For Carrier Connect, the Bermuda stop is meant to open doors with investors and brokers at a moment when the company is still pressing ahead with its expansion plans.
Mark Binns said CEM continues to host some of the most productive capital markets events in the industry, and he described Bermuda as an ideal place to reach a high-calibre audience of international investors and brokers. He also pointed to a transformational Q3, saying the company completed a national Canadian footprint, closed an oversubscribed $10.5 million financing, signed an LOI for its first U.S. data center in Rochester, and added $725,000 in annualized revenue through the Morewave acquisition.
Carrier Connect describes itself as a data center company focused on co-location, with a mission to roll up Tier II/III facilities internationally. Its current principal markets are Vancouver, Ottawa and Saint John in Canada, along with Perth, Australia, and it has signed an LOI to enter the U.S. market in Rochester, N.Y. That is why the Bermuda event reads as both a showcase and a search: the company says it has already raised fresh capital, but it is also framing the trip as a chance to connect with new investors and brokers.
The unanswered piece is who from Carrier Connect will be on the island to make the pitch. What is clear is that the company is arriving in Bermuda with a recent financing, a U.S. expansion plan and a stated ambition to keep building beyond its existing footprint.
